I was charging for new registration on Highwoods, but now it is completely free. It was only a £1.00 charge, and this was to help confirm that people registering were from the colchester area - but now I have removed this payment, so registration is now Free :)
Highwoods.co.uk is a community website for people living in the Colchester area - so if you live within five miles of Colchester then please register and join what I believe is one of Colchesters finest community websites.
